It took me longer to put together than I expected, and the instructions were a bit unclear in a few spots. My brother helped me figure it out, and we eventually got it set up, but the process was definitely a little frustrating

I tried using poochluxury.com.au and got frustrated. I was only trying to look around and maybe buy something, but the site made it feel like a chore. Pages were loading slowly, I had to keep tapping around to find basic stuff, and on my phone the layout just wasn’t very easy to follow. It felt like a simple thing was made harder than it needed to be, so I ended up giving up before placing an order.

My order arrived with the box half crushed, and the treat packet inside was split open. There wasn’t any padding in there at all, which was annoying since I’d bought it as a gift. That part was weird because it felt like it was just tossed in the box with no care.

I walked away feeling kind of ripped off. For the price, I expected something that felt a lot more put together. Even little things bugged me, like the finish not feeling that nice and the overall presentation just seeming basic. It’s not terrible, but it definitely doesn’t feel worth what they’re charging.

I ordered from Pooch Luxury and the delivery was okay, but definitely slower than I expected. Not sure how to explain it, it wasn’t a bad experience or anything, I just felt like I was waiting longer than I usually do. Everything arrived fine in the end, so no real issues there. I’d probably order again, but only if I wasn’t in a hurry

I was ready to place my order and kind of excited, but once I got to the payment page, my mood changed. Something about entering my card details just didn’t feel secure to me, so I backed out. Maybe it’s fine, but I didn’t feel comfortable taking the risk.

I really wanted this bed to work, but my dog just did not seem comfortable in it at all. When it arrived, it looked fine and I thought maybe he’d like it once he got used to it, but that never really happened. He kept shifting around, getting up, turning in circles, laying down for a minute, and then moving somewhere else. Usually when he likes a bed, he’ll settle in quickly and stay there for a while, so it was obvious this one wasn’t doing it for him. The funny part is he still seems way happier on his old cheap bed, which I was trying to replace. So overall, I’m disappointed because I expected it to be a lot cozier than it ended up being for him.

I bought this for my dog a few weeks ago, and it’s been used every day since. So far, it still looks good. It’s not some indestructible miracle product, obviously, but for normal daily use it seems sturdy enough and is doing the job.

Ordered a jacket for my cavoodle and followed the size chart, but it ended up being a bit snug around the chest.

Length was fine, and the material actually felt nice, just didn’t sit quite right on him. Could just be my dog’s weird little shape lol.

Not a bad shop at all, just wish the sizing was a bit easier to judge. Would probably go one size up next time

I do think the site is really cute, and the product photos look great. To be fair, it’s not hard to use overall, but a few pages felt a bit busy and I had to poke around for a minute to find what I needed. Nothing major, just could be a little cleaner.

i tried reaching out about my order and didn’t get much help. the replies took ages, and it felt like they hadn’t really read what i said. annoying experience overall, and i probably wouldn’t be in a hurry to order from them again.

I’m not happy with the quality at all. I expected it to be way better, but the second I got it, something just felt off. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it almost feels like they show you one thing online and then quietly send out a cheaper version hoping nobody notices. Either way, it definitely wasn’t what I thought I was paying for.

I thought this place was going to be pet friendly, but they wouldn’t take my dog when I got there. Kind of frustrating, especially after planning around it. The staff wasn’t exactly rude or anything, which was nice I guess, but still, it really messed up my plans. So yeah, not pet friendly.
